Work From Anywhere: Flying Cloud 30FB Office.
Airstream has recently added a new floor plan to the Flying Cloud family of Travel Trailers, the 30FB Office. With many people working from home now, the Flying Cloud Office is the perfect solution for working while on the road. With a dedicated office space in the rear of the trailer, you can remain productive no matter where you unhitch.
Over the course of 2020, many people have now started working from home. Airstream wanted to accommodate people who wanted to get out and explore but still be able to work. After intensive product development and owner feedback, the 30FB Office was born. This floor plan is very similar to the 30FBB Bunk floor plan that has been available in the past but now with an office in place of the bunk.
The 30FB Office has all the amenities you need, including a queen bed in the front of the trailer, a large galley, a bathroom, a shower, and a dinette that converts to provide additional sleeping accommodations. With sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people, the 30FB is the perfect floor plan for those traveling with family.
The dedicated office features a large desk that offers plenty of room for your laptop or other devices. A pop-up USB/AC outlet that is powered by the onboard 1000W power inverter and multiple USB ports throughout to keep all of your devices fully charged.
Organization is key in any office, sliding drawers and storage cubbies will help keep everything organized, while overhead storage cabinets provide additional storage. The office comes complete with a swivel chair, floor mat, and a strap to secure the chair during travel. Whether you are in the mountains or in the desert, the large office window will give you some of the most picturesque views around. When you are not using the office space it can quickly and easily be converted into an additional bed or a lounge area.
Connectivity
Staying connected is important while traveling, that’s why the 30FB Office is pre-wired for Airstream Connected. The Airstream Connected kit is made exclusively for Airstream owners and allows streaming entertainment, surfing the internet, and sharing your adventures no matter where you go.
Airstream Connected can boost Wi-Fi signals and seamlessly join nearby Wi-Fi networks. If you’re far from home and not near any Wi-Fi, a dedicated 4G LTE-A data plan will keep you connected. In addition to connectivity, Airstream Connected features a GPS Locator that allows you to navigate back to your Airstream or keep tabs on it when it’s not in use.
