24/7 EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Coverage up to $100.00 is provided throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, 24/7 for the following services:

• Towing Assistance We will provide towing to the nearest repair facility or to a destination of your choice.

• Flat Tire Assistance Service consists of the replacement of a flat tire with the vehicle’s spare tire.

• Essential Fluids or Supplies Delivery An emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid and water will be delivered to any customer in immediate need. (The customer must pay for the cost of the fluids.)

• Lockout Assistance Assistance will be provided in gaining entry to your vehicle if the keys are lost or locked inside the vehicle.

• Battery Assistance Battery assistance (jump-start) will be provided.

Expense Reimbursement Package

$350 Rental Car Reimbursement Reimbursement is provided at $50.00 a day for every 8 hours, or portion thereof, of applicable labor time required to complete a covered repair up to a maximum $350.00.

$300 Towing Reimbursement Reimbursement for towing expenses up to a maximum of $300.00 while your vehicle is undergoing a covered repair.

$600 Trip Interruption Reimbursement of up to $200.00 per day (up to $600.00 per occurrence) for lodging and meal expenses when covered repairs are required more than 100 miles from home.

$200 On-Site Repair In the event of a covered breakdown, we will reimburse you up to $200.00 for an on-site service call.
