Testimonials About Colonial Airstream

Millstone, NJ isn't exactly around the corner from Blue Ridge, GA. Nonetheless, we have made the trip for three separate RV purchases because Colonial Airstream is the best. Hands down the best selection, stellar customer service, fair and honest trade practices and they know what they're doing and what they're talking about. There is great communication from start to finish. Really appreciate the thorough walk-through and training at delivery. We were never meant to feel rushed and the overnight campground facility is beautiful. Thanks, Colonial.

My sales representative Connor Pizzulo did an outstanding job with efficiently and effectively helping me to find the best Airstream RV for my needs and also with helping me to get the best price and terms for it and I appreciate it. He's a kind person, an expert communicator and a true sales professional. Service Advisor, Mr. Kyle Fedroff also did an outstanding job with expertly assisting me with getting some desired after market accessories promptly and properly installed on my new RV. He's also a kind person, an expert communicator and a true professional. Sincerely with many thanks, gratitude and best wishes, Sean Murray, happy new owner of the 2025 Trade Wind 25FBQH "We'll be seeing you down the road" -Wally Byam

Best airstream purchasing experience ever. Over the last ~15 years we have bought two Airstream travel trailers from other dealerships. Our experience with Colonial was by far the best ever. The facility and inventory is fantastic, our sales person, Connor, was helpful and great to work with. The whole team at Colonial did a great job and made us feel valued and appreciated. They really went out of there way to make everything right. We purchased a used 2020 trailer and Colonial quickly took care of any issue that was not 100% right. We could not be happier. The pickup was memorable, true red carpet approach. We will only buy from Colonial in the future.

As an airstream restoration company shop owner I buy from a lot of different dealers - some experiences are good, sometimes not so much. Dealing with Robert from Colonial was by far one of the easiest experiences I have sourcing airstream parts. Last time I bought a part for an insurance repair another company sent me the wrong part , and wouldn’t take it back to refund. Robert actually called and emailed the day my window unit arrived to make sure it arrived safely and was the correct parts. Great service, quick turnaround. If colonial carries the part I’m buying from them : thanks Robert

A couple of my shocks went bad while on our trip from Michigan to Florida. I purchased my Airstream from Colonial about 6 years ago and rely on them when I need parts or service questions answered. Paul, in the Parts Department was able to identify which shocks I needed and efficiently mailed them to the campground I was at. They were super efficient, friendly and effective - which I greatly appreciated!

Kristen and the staff were great and the whole experience was seamless. "RV School" was great, I learned everything I needed to know and the whole process took less than 2 hours from walking in to leaving with my RV. Highly recommend Colonial if you're in the market!

This is one of the top Airstream dealers in the world. Also one of the top RV dealers and shops generally. I have had work done on our rig 4 times here and it is always a pleasure. Not inexpensive! Be sure to get all of that warranty work done before it expires because things get very pricey after that. I have learned to fix a lot myself over the years but still need to make an annual visit to handle big items like brakes, tires, A/C maintenance and body work. They were so nice a couple of years ago to send a tech out to talk to me to help with an emergency issue with a propane tank. He didn't have to do that but was nice enough to help in a pinch (thanks Christine for making that happen!). It is easy to get to with a big rig - near the NJ Turnpike with easy access to dining and value gas, even when hauling. I always stop by the gas station before picking up since it's one of the least expensive around. Nice waiting area with coffee and snacks. Also fun to walk around and check out their extensive inventory of trailers and vans. One can dream!

I will continue to have our trailer serviced here until we sell, and may seek their help with that one day, too. Very lucky to have this top-notch facility near home!

Baby's first airstream!

We picked up our 2018 23' flying cloud from Colonial this weekend!

After looking for many months we decided to get one from colonial instead of of private sale. Let me say it makes a huge difference. It came with service, they installed a tow hitch on our TV that came from the previous owners and tons of extras. We were able to save time and money and have them install extras on our trailer like a lift and soft aircon start. They spent hours going over every detail and we left feeling confident even though this is our first trailer. Then the fun ride over the George Washington and x Bronx expressway which was honestly not that bad!

Thanks to all their advice and friendly employees like Kevin in sales, Robert in finance, and AJ, Chris and Joe in service. Everyone was so nice it was kind of unreal. If anyone is in this area I would highly recommend Colonial Airstream. The showroom is amazing and fun to walk around the different models.
