RV Technician
Colonial Airstream & RV is looking for motivated RV Technicians to join our service team in Millstone Township, New Jersey.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work with premium RV brands, including Airstream and Winnebago, in a professional dealership environment. Whether you already have RV experience or come from a related trade such as automotive, marine, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or general mechanical repair, we are looking for people who take pride in quality work and want to grow.
About the Position
As an RV Technician, you will inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair recreational vehicles. RV service is unique because it combines several trades into one career, including electrical, plumbing, propane, appliances, HVAC, cabinetry, batteries, solar, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on RVs
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliance, and mechanical systems
- Repair or replace RV components, fixtures, hardware, cabinetry, and accessories
- Complete manufacturer warranty repairs according to factory guidelines
- Document repair work accurately
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Continue developing technical skills through training and hands-on experience
What We’re Looking For
- RV technician experience preferred, but not required
- Automotive, marine, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Dependable, professional, and willing to learn
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Pay Range
$20 to $40+ per hour
Pay is based on experience, skill level, certifications, and qualifications. Experienced RV technicians, certified technicians, and candidates with strong diagnostic or specialty repair skills may qualify for higher compensation.
